Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) is required auction day with the balance due on or before 30 days. The closing fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Personal Property: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest final bid. Payment in full is required before winning items can be removed from the premises. Pick up will be Friday, December 8th, 2017.
